About N.C.C. (National Cadet Corps)

The NCC unit at K. K. Degree College actively works towards developing discipline, leadership qualities, patriotism, and a spirit of service among students. The primary objective of NCC is to organize, train, and motivate young individuals to become responsible and aware citizens who can actively contribute to nation-building.
The NCC unit of the college provides students with basic military training, which includes drill, parade, weapon training, map reading, disaster management, first aid, and strategic awareness. Through this training, cadets develop self-confidence, time management skills, teamwork, and leadership abilities.
In addition, the NCC unit actively participates in social responsibility initiatives such as tree plantation drives, cleanliness campaigns, blood donation camps, road safety awareness programs, and disaster relief activities.
Participation in NCC significantly contributes to the overall personality development of students and provides added advantages in pursuing careers in defence services, paramilitary forces, and other competitive fields.
The NCC unit of the college remains committed to inspiring students with the ideals of discipline, service, and dedication to the nation, thereby shaping them into empowered, aware, and responsible citizens.
