Skill Development & Placement Cell

The Skill Development & Placement Cell of the College is dedicated to enhancing the employability, professional competencies, and overall personality development of students. The Cell aims to equip students with the knowledge, skills, and attitudes required to meet the challenges of the modern job market and to explore better career opportunities.
The Cell regularly organizes personality development programmes, communication skills training, soft skills sessions, computer literacy programmes, career counselling, guidance for competitive examinations, entrepreneurship development programmes, workshops, seminars, and expert lectures.
The Skill Development & Placement Cell also provides information regarding employment opportunities in government and private sectors, industries, and various organizations, and extends necessary guidance and support to students for career advancement and placement.
The primary objective of the Cell is to develop confidence, leadership qualities, professional competence, and employability skills among students and to prepare them to become successful, skilled, and responsible professionals.
