Rovers & Rangers

Rovers & Rangers is an important youth development wing of the Scout and Guide Movement functioning at K. K. Degree College. It aims to cultivate leadership, discipline, self-reliance, social responsibility, and a spirit of service among students. The programme provides opportunities for young men (Rovers) and young women (Rangers) to engage in character-building activities and community service initiatives.
The unit organizes various activities such as community outreach programmes, environmental awareness drives, cleanliness campaigns, first-aid training, personality development sessions, and social service projects. Through these activities, students develop teamwork, problem-solving skills, and a sense of civic duty. The Rovers & Rangers unit of the college plays a vital role in shaping students into disciplined, confident, and socially responsible citizens committed to the ideals of service and nation-building.
