Organizational Structure of the College


The organizational structure of the College is designed to ensure effective governance, transparency, accountability, and smooth functioning of academic and administrative activities. The institution follows a participative management approach in which all stakeholders contribute to the achievement of institutional goals.
The Governing Body acts as the apex decision-making authority and provides strategic direction for the overall development of the institution. The Principal serves as the academic and administrative head of the College and is responsible for implementing policies, maintaining academic standards, and coordinating institutional activities.
To ensure effective functioning, various statutory and non-statutory committees, cells, and departments operate under the leadership of the Principal. These committees support decision-making, quality assurance, student welfare, research activities, and administrative efficiency.
