Karmakshetra Post Graduate College, Etawah ( K.K.PG College, Etawah) was established in 1959 through the multifaceted efforts of the renowned social worker, late Lala Hajarilal Verma. Since its inception, the institution has been dedicated in spreading the light of education throughout society. Academically, the college is highly esteemed among the residents of the Etawah district for its excellence and long-standing heritage. It is a co-educational institution where both male and female students receive an education without any discrimination.

The college is organized into four faculties:

Arts, Science, Commerce, and Teacher Education. Each faculty comprises numerous departments that consistently enlighten students at both undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) levels through various curricula. Currently, the college offers PG Computer Diploma courses and also serves as a study center for the Rajarshi Tandon Open University, Prayagraj, for distance learning. This government-aided institution was affiliated with Agra University from 1959 to 1968, and since 1968, it has been affiliated with Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University, Kanpur, fostering and evolving a superior academic environment.
The motto "Na Hi Jnanena Sadrsam Pavitramiha Vidyate" signifies that there is nothing as sacred as knowledge. Knowledge is immortal, and the name 'Karmakshetra' (The Field of Action) reinforces this sanctity of knowledge and the significance of action. Alumni of this college are continuously gaining prestige and bringing pride to the institution through their talents in various sectors, including military, administrative, judicial, academic, and political fields. Regarding cultural heritage, the Rani Victoria Hall and Pakka Talab are located adjacent to the college, while the Exhibition Ground and the famous Lion Safari are situated nearby.
