Dean of Students’ WelfareThe Office of the Dean of Students’ Welfare (DSW) is committed to promoting the overall well-being, academic growth, and holistic development of students. The office serves as a vital link between students and the administration, ensuring that student concerns are addressed in a fair, transparent, and timely manner. The Dean of Students’ Welfare oversees student-related activities including cultural programmes, sports, student clubs, grievance redressal coordination, mentoring support, and campus discipline. The office actively works to create an inclusive, safe, and student-friendly academic environment that nurtures leadership, responsibility, and ethical values. Special emphasis is laid on personality development, career guidance, competitive examination support, and co-curricular engagement to ensure students are well-prepared for higher education and professional opportunities. The Dean’s office also coordinates with various institutional committees such as Anti-Ragging Cell, Internal Complaints Committee (ICC), NSS, NCC, and Rovers & Rangers to strengthen student participation and campus life.Through continuous engagement, guidance, and support services, the Office of the Dean of Students’ Welfare strives to enhance the overall student experience and contribute to institutional excellence. . |
